All prices ex VAT. Final quote depends on venue, date, finish time and travel.

Booking timeline
When to lock things in
- 12–18 months out: Book your headline band and venue.
- 9–12 months out: Lock in DJ, 360° booth and any tribute / sax / cold sparks add-ons.
- 3 months out: Final song list, MC notes, first dance, venue site check.
- Week of: Confirm timings, parking, get-in window and dietary for the crew.

The questions couples ask us
How far in advance should I book?
12–18 months for peak Saturday weddings. That said, we often have last-minute availability — just ask.
Can the band or DJ play during the ceremony and drinks reception?
Yes — we can cover ceremony, drinks reception and the evening, or any part of the day you need.
Are you insured?
Yes — €10m Public Liability and €5m Employers’ Liability, PAT-tested and Sláinte-checked.
What if my act gets sick?
We carry depth — every act has a designated cover, so your night goes ahead no matter what.
