Total Entertainment (“we”, “us”) is based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and event requirements. When you use our website we may also collect standard analytics data (such as pages visited) via cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send you a quote, to communicate with you about your enquiry and booking, to provide our services, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional planning tips and offers. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract with you (your enquiry/booking), our legitimate interests in running our business, and your consent where you have given it (e.g. marketing).

Sharing

We may share necessary details with the acts, crew and venues involved in delivering your event, and with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email Rob@totalentertainment.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
