These terms apply to your use of the Total Entertainment website and to bookings made with Total Entertainment, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed once we issue a booking confirmation and any required deposit is paid. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Deposits & payment

A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. Payment terms are set out on your quote and booking confirmation. [TODO-CLIENT: specify deposit % and payment schedule.]

Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given. [TODO-CLIENT: specify cancellation terms.]

Our commitments

We carry €10m Public Liability and €5m Employers’ Liability insurance and PAT-test our equipment. In the rare event an act is unavailable, we will provide a suitable replacement of equivalent standard.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
